This explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your name and email address when you sign up. The client details and spreadsheet links you add. The rows we read from the spreadsheets you connect. Basic technical logs needed to run the service.

How we use it

To build and refresh your dashboards, to sign you in, and to support you. We do not sell your data and we do not use your client data to train models.

Who can see it

Members of your workspace, according to the role you give them, and anyone you hand a share link to. Our hosting and database providers process data on our behalf.

Keeping it

We keep your data while your account is open. Delete a dashboard and its stored readings go with it. Ask us to close your account and we remove your workspace data.

Health data

The service is not intended for protected health information. Connect summary figures, not patient records.
